It’s 3:00 AM and you’re staring at the ceiling.

The math has already started, hasn’t it? If you fall asleep in the next ten minutes, you get four hours and change. If it takes another hour, tomorrow is a wash. The house is silent. The world is asleep. But your brain is a stadium with the lights turned all the way up.You are currently trapped in the "Loop."

  • Replaying a conversation from three years ago.

  • Solving a work problem that can’t be fixed until Monday.

  • Scrolling through "educational" videos, hoping to stumble upon the secret to shutting your mind off.

Here is the truth: You aren't broken. Your biology is just misfiring. You’ve been told that sleep is something that "just happens," but for people like us—the builders, the thinkers, the ones who refuse to settle for mediocrity—sleep is something that must be architected.I’m sitting in my car right now. It’s 5:00 AM and the wind is hitting the windshield. I’m out here because I know exactly what that ceiling looks like at 3:00 AM. I spent years losing the war against my own nervous system until I decided to stop fighting it and start out-stacking it.

But look, you’re awake right now. So do this one thing for me before you read another word. > Stop trying to 'fall' asleep. You can’t 'do' sleep. You can only 'allow' it. Right now, your brain is trying to solve tomorrow’s problems with today’s exhausted chemistry. It’s like trying to win a drag race with no oil in the engine. This is what I want you to do: Get out of bed. Now. Go to the kitchen, get a glass of water, and stand there in the dark for two minutes. Don't check your phone. Don't turn on the big lights. Just physically break the 'loop' of the bedroom. Tell your brain: 'The day hasn't started, and the night isn't a trap.'
Once you’ve broken the physical circuit, come back here. Because breaking the loop is just Step 1. To actually bridge the gap to deep rest, you need the architecture.

Stacking Sleep Impact Tracker
To sleep well you will have to do the right things during the day. And, I know, this sounds easier than it is!
So as a way to challenge myself I put together a Google Sheet that I call the Impact Tracker.
It's specifically designed to give you insight in your actions during the day, and how they impact your sleep at night. And it's entirely free.

If you are interested in the Impact Tracker then I can highly recommend that you check the video below so you get a good idea of what I'm talking about.

Not bad, huh?How you can get your copy?Look no further!

P.S. Look, you’re worried about tomorrow. You’re worried about the brain fog, the five cups of coffee, and the feeling that you’re just 'faking it' through the day. It doesn’t have to be like that.By downloading the free Impact Tracker right now, you aren't just getting a nice looking document. You are telling your brain that the war is over. You are taking the first high-agency step toward a version of yourself that doesn't just 'survive' the night, but architects it.Go to sleep knowing the exit ramp is being built as we speak. I’ll see you on the other side of the sunrise.
